Would be great to see Scoot against Castle McCain and Carrington.

And I'll ask you the same question. You think that dude is good enough to even sniff the French Olympic team?
Now with your response obviously you do in 4-8 years.
Now think about that for a moment? Think about the French players that they have and that are in the NBA right now? Now think about the French players that are going to hit the scene in the next 4-8 years?
Rupert has a very long way to go. He's a practice player at this point. Shouldn't even be in the NBA except the Blazers are tanking.

In 4 to 8 years who knows and I never said he was but some were acting like since he had not been named yet he would not so was throwing out reasons WHY he might not have been named yet did not make any absolutes. I will admit I came on a little strong but damn this seems like a pointless reason to argue since it's not even one -- LOL

Are you saying you know he won't and you find that incredible, or that you believe it would make no sense if he weren't there?

Sharpe might as well be a guaranteed no

But I’m going to guess Scoot will play, even if it’s limited minutes.

Blazers retread Kevin Knox. So many on here thought this dude was a rotational piece? He's going back to summer league if that tells you anything about what value this place puts on scrubs.

Someone might want to tell him the 2024 draft already happened.

For some reason Walker Kessler is playing. So now we should be able to compare Clingan to him properly...

    My current roster guess:
Scoot, Rupert, Camara, Murray, Ellis, Clingan, Minaya, Walker (just turned 21)

I don't want Clingan to play in Summer League. That has ACL written all over it.

Sharpe should play 2-3 games to knock off some rust. Edit: forgot he's got somewhere else to be.

Scoot should play at least a couple games. I'm afraid of injury here too, but I badly want to see how he's progressing with the off-season program.

Look at that Aldridge to Oden two way game! Wow! You add Roy and you have a Championship core for sure.

I don't get this. If he's going to rupture his ACL he's going to do it. Why does it matter where he does it?

To me, the SL games are actually more important than any game next season because next season our entire goal is to lose. Why watch that? Whereas in SL we actually could win. So play everybody! Play Scoot all game! The point of any basketball game is to entertain ME personally, so play the players I want to watch, Goddamnit.

I remember we were a little disappointed by Oden in SL (what little there was before the first of his never-ending parade of injuries). But it's fun seeing Sergio set him up, at least.
