    I guess I'm still confused on who's a millennial. :dunno::huh::smiley-unsure:

    In MY mind, a millennial is a person born in 1999-2001-ish, who's now a budding college student, who bases their life on their feelings instead of common sense, and who make up unrealistic fantasies for themselves about how they FEEL things should be, instead of accepting reality about how the real world around them actually is.

    I was born in 1983, so I'm safe. :bgrin:

    Nope. You're a millennial. Sorry to break it to you. The definition is 81-2001 or something like that. You're definitely in it.

    It changes constantly.(even the google definition)
    But as far as I'm concerned. Anyone who came of age(hit 18) after the turn of the century is a millennial.
    I was first told that definition by a teacher when I was 16.

    But it changes constantly due to the(for lack of a better word) stigma which is associated with being a millennial.
    When in all actuality there is very little difference between gen x and millennials.
    It's just older generations since the dawn of time have always thought their predecessors have it far easier than they did.
    Which in some ways is true, but in other ways is far from the truth. It's all a matter of perspective.

    And then these dudes say the range stops at 1997.

    Interesting game. Baldwin showed some nice offensive variety that would work in a real game. I think we have to be very encouraged from what we saw in Simons. I was skeptical going in, but he didn't look overwhelmed at all. Nice long frame, quick feet, I think he can become a good defender in time. Trent showed he can do more than stand in a corner waiting for the whip pass, but, really, for this season we kind of need him to do that and do it well. I think it's a wait and see at the moment.

    A throw away game for Collins. Looks like he's using Summer League to experiment and it didn't look very great. We may need another year and off season of work before we see substantial improvement from him offensively. It would be nice if he can improve to the point where we can rely on him hitting the open mid range shots on kick outs and pick and fades. Just do that first before anything else. Biggie didn't look any different to me. I don't think he's even a poor man version of Zach Randolph. Zach was a super quick jumper that made him so good in the post, and Biggie's not. I see the effort and hustle, but not a lot to show for it. Layman did his usual invisible act with the occasion splash play to give false hope. If he had a consistent 3 point shot, I think we could be encouraged that he has some ability to attack the hoop and run the floor. Like with Trent, we really just need him to be money on set shots waiting for the ball to swing his way. He doesn't look much better there.

    That's not true. Thus started from the beginning. You've said lots of negative things about Caleb since the pick was made.

    Do we or do we not remember when Randolph led the league in getting his shot blocked??

    I think Brian Freeman agrees with me; he said he saw more from Trent in this game than in his entire year at Duke.

    Does the MAGA crew need safe spaces on college campuses, block traffic in protest, riot when Conservatives come to town, and blame the President for Hurricanes?

    No, but they blame everyone else for their problems and expect the government to give them back what they think they deserve, instead of facing the reality that the world that actually is has moved on without them because they refuse to change in ways that might help them to help themselves........
