Stanley Johnson looks real nice. As I suspected. He might be the best of that draft.

thank you rasta man for the official summer league thread. do you mind if we start a official Portland trailblazers summer league thread as an aside?
one for just all things Portland and its players and game threads?
thank you/ sorry but my interest in players who's chances of ever even sitting on a bench outside of Portland are extremely limited as is my time searching threads for info on our own players and games. aloha

Orlando is building something really solid here.

    Vucevic/Gordon/Harris/Herzonja/Oladipo/Peyton

Them, UTA, MIN, and MIL prolly have the best young rosters in the league right now.

    Herzonja is filthy.

Gordon looks great. The modern day small/quick/athletic PF.

This does not surprise me. Not sure why he gets trashed in this forum. He has skills.

I agree, but he also may be the worst shooter in the entire world.

RJ Hunter has been totally invisible in SL so far.

Odd, I'd think this kind of competition would make him play great

I think he was in a system built around him. This is much more helter skelter and random. It also kind of looks like he's being frozen out, for whatever reason.

I predict that Tim Frazier will thrive in SL. This is a PG's league. The Arizona kid, McConnell, is looking very solid.

How come EVERYONE has the Hedgehog/shaving brush hair now? Is it the influence of the Dukies (Okafor, Winslow, Cook)?

Was hoping Portland would pick him up in the 2nd round.

Me too - he's a real keeper. Dunno where he fits in the crowded Sixers frontcourt. They might even play him at the 3.

I respect McConnell's ability, but he pouts like a little bitch. He went on twitter and complained to the press when Joseph Young, rightfully won the Pac-12 POY. He has major chip on his shoulder. A perfect Sean Miller head case!

Really mad we didn't get Branden Dawson. He's everywhere for the Clippers.
