    February 24, 2011: The Charlotte Bobcats traded Gerald Wallace to the Portland Trail Blazers for Dante Cunningham, Joel Przybilla, Sean Marks, cash, a 2011 1st round draft pick (#19-Tobias Harris) and a 2014 1st round draft pick (#24-Shabazz Napier).

    Almost exactly 5 years later, Tobias Harris gets traded, and Sean Marks is about to become the Nets GM. Weren't we looking for a GM when we dumped Marks without respect?

    Do NOT be confused by our competitors. Orlando traded its own 2016 top-55 protected 2nd round pick for Shabazz Napier. Portland traded its own 2020 top-55 protected 2nd round pick for Moe Harkless. Sleuth jlprk has just discovered that THEY WERE NOT THE SAME PICK.

    If you're Utah don't you just wait until the Rockets cut him; then sign him for the minimum?

    Burke may be a disappointment relative to his draft spot; but this year he's still contributed to a team in the playoffs.

    I'd think its unlikely they do any moves now; their key guys are on multi year deals and they want to win as many games to not give away the #1 pick.

    Yea, most leaks to the press are from the agents to the reporters. Front-office people are rarely the ones that seem to be leaking rumors these days.
