Our lineups are looking halfway decent now - especially if you figure in the almost guaranteed improvement in our younger players. Lillard l Wes l Batum l Lamarcus l Lopez McCollum l Crabbe? l Wright l Robinson l Leonard Barton l Claver Either way, we've really gotten a lot of shooting to go around now.
...who signed a 4year, $22M contract earlier this week, and whom many people also would have like to see come back to Portland as Nic's backup. So what you're saying is, Wright for 6M over 2 years is a bit of a steal. I couldn't agree more--repped!
Given that Martell just resigned with Washinton at 4 years/$22 million, Wright looks like a bargain at 2 years/$6 million. Way to clip those coupons Neal! BNM
So our extension/FA talks with Aldridge can involve Wright telling LMA he can teach him how to become a champion? Sweet!

Well done, Olshey. We've got a dramatically revamped roster for 2013-14, and we didn't give up anything significant to make it happen. Very impressive.
I think this team is really gonna surprise people next season. I wouldn't be surprised if we are a top 5 team in the west.
If I was to tell you last season that olshey was gonna get Thomas Robinson, Wright, and R Lopez without trading anyone on the current roster; you'd think I was crazy. Olshey worked this offseason perfectly so far. What a stud gm!
hmmm, dunno but our starting five last year were as good as anyones, and this years starters looks to be better. Last year we had almost no bench, now we look pretty damn good.. Should be fun to watch
Olshey is stockpiling tradeable assets. In the meantime, they can actually play ball. Wright is a very solid reserve.
