Yeah! For instance, it will never allow Losman to be a high rated QB!</div>

And it kept Jay Feidler in his place too!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (blackadder)</div><div class='quotemain'>Hold on there sunshine. You understood the wrestling reference so I would not cast too many stones.

TKO; Let me sum up the Buffalo franchise in terms of recent history. Any team that would choose Bledsoe & Rob Johnson over Doug Flutie speaks volumes.

Or is that so far back in time you need to go get your master Mr Peabody & his wayback machine?

I billieve the most famous former Buffalo player is... O J Simpson

As for my interests, Ask me about my user name?</div>

I understood the reference because I channel surf a lot. Nothing more.

Our Front Office was ran by a different regime when that decision was made - you notice how John Butler left us in salary cap hell and the bitterness between him and Ralph Wilson leading up to his leaving and after he left. He just couldn't swallow his pride over the mistake he made with Rob Johnson and I really think he was the one putting pressure on Wade Phillips to pull Flutie.

Yeah, if you had an accused double murderer on your team who also happened to be a hall of famer, he'd be your most popular former player for your team too.

    Don't care about your username.

I watched the game. Losman maybe had 1 or 2 drops and thats it. He played well with his legs against GB not his arm. He had a 62.0 passer rating.</div>

HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! That is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Why do I get the feeling that you would be talking about the upside of a one-legged kicker if he played for the Bills?</div>

Well, it's true - you guys threw the whole qb rating at losman as a flaw - did you know that RJ had an average higher qb rating then Flutie during their time here - because he took sacks more often as opposed to throwing incomplete passes.

All I'm saying about the QB rating thing is - don't put too much faith in it because you can have a very high rated qb, but that qb isn't necessarily winning for you.

Well, I watched the replay of the game this morning and I got to say, TKO, I just don't see it. He looks like a good QB, but he looks like a young QB. Maybe it was just an off game, but the whole Bills team played rather sloppy football. Losman started horribly, showed some horrible decision making, and just didn't seem to be playing at the pace of the game.

On the other hand, he did show some good qualities and can really get some zip on the ball.

The QB rating is a pretty good indicator of how a QB does, just as the completion % and avg yards per completion.

Nate Clements is the man though...

Once again; I offer Jay Feidler as the perfect example.

    4. The J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS....How are they gonna hype them up on last years pittsburgh game that they lost. Especially when we played our worst game of the year offensivly...come on...they couldnt beat us on our worst day. I.E. Last years playoff game
    </div>

yea i know this is from a while ago but Prophet our QB had a shoulder that needed surgury yet he still led us up to the Steelers. We should have easily won it was too bad our kicker sucked. Thats why we drafted a new one. We also made upgrades on WR, with Coles instead of Moss. So dont make excuses about u played ur worse game, seriously thats lame. The Jets should have won the kicker just messed up. It should have been the Jets vs the Pats in teh championship. It didnt matter anyway they probably would have both lost vs the Pats.

as for the Bills i'll just say what i've been saying the whole offseason. Lets wait for the season until we proclaim J.P Losman the greatest QB in the league and the Bills the superbowl champions.
