Of course...all things equal then its not even close...at best you will be within 5 games of them. FYI, in my predictions I have Jazz the #2 seed overall in WC.

I see the Blazers behind the Jazz by 3 games, having the Blazers sitting pretty at 48 wins!

55 wins (?) +1, -2; but definitely NW Division Champs!

50 wins even, second in division, seventh in conference.

" The Blazers beat Utah in three of the teams' four meetings last season.

"They were good last year, and they should be better this year," Utah coach Jerry Sloan said. "They beat us to death last year. They have a chance to be a terrific team this year." http://www.sportsline.com/nba/story/11061303

Yeah, Sloan has no credibility either. :gtfo:

I've been saying 54 wins since as far back as I can remember, so I'm not changing now.

And we'll be in the playoffs, somewhere in the 4th-6th range.

I've been saying 56 - 58 wins for months on that other forum. So, I'll stick to my guns and go high at 58 (but not be at all disappointed with "only" 56).

    47 wins.

If we find consistent outside shooting early in the season, though, wow... Look out.

Okay, we're almost to the 24 game mark that was supposed to be abysmal for this young team.

I'm very optimistic that we can win our division. Now that it's been a month later, we're 12-6 through the first 20 and we've seen that Oden can play while healthy, what does everyone think?

I'll stick with my prediction of 55 wins. We might win more though.

55 seems more like an over/under then a predicted ceiling.

HCP... are you still looking down your nose?

Before the season started I had us pegged at about 47 wins. The team has blown away my expectations. I think we are a better team than Utah and now will be really disappointed if we don't at least win 50 games.

I'm sticking to my 52 wins.

Waiting to hear HCP's prediction, though.

Wow! Wow! I stand corrected. I was wrong. These guys have played way above my expectations. The season is still young, but they are playing very well! I will say 52 is about right.

I'm thinking we handle these next 2, lose in Boston and then win @Toronto. What would that make us, 15-7! Wow!
