What do we do? Yes, he can make a pass here or a steal there but his shot is BROKE. I never want to see him shoot again. Could we trade him back to Boston? Who would they give us for him?
All we had to do to win tonight was to have McCollum, Crabbe, Turner, and Leonard have decent games, while breaking Curry's tibia. I expected at least the last one. What a letdown.
Ive been a major complainer of the turner contract. But holy shit, it isnt even the regular season yet. Pump the fucking brakes on calling him awful for us.
Oh, this'll be sweet to bump in a few months... especially after the "Turner is great!" thread from KS.
Truth is, right now, the OP is right - he sucks. It doesn't mean he'll always suck, but he clearly is having trouble adapting to his new team and/or his new contract. What would posters be saying if Biebs or Pat C. went 0-8?
It's gonna take till about Christmas to get everyone comfortable and a true rotation set, so just chill.
Get decisive. Either win championships or else earn early first round picks. Nothing worse than being stuck in the middle forever. Why wait till everyone's trade value drops?
Turner supplied 15 points (6-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists across 24 minutes in Wednesday's 88-84 preseason win over the Jazz. So this is awful?
See guys, he's already working at Batum's pace. Inconsistently consistent through 7 meaningless games!
What am I waiting to see? I didn't get a clue tonight. Of course, I have only seen one game. How much is this guy getting paid?
Yes his contract is high but I like his high basketball IQ and decision making of the bench. I think he will come around and make a difference. He's never really been a flame thrower anyway.
