(turns head to the side and spits) Kale is disgusting. A friend of mine is always extolling it's virtues but all I can fantasize is yuck. Edit: ps My Asian wife cannot stand to have barley mixed in with her sticky white rice. She grew up poor where barley was a cheaper substitute for rice. Doesn't even like barley tea but loves toasted corn tea.
