Fuck no on Wes! If you want an ex Blazer back, the guy to go after is Batum... we could probably trade Turner, Meyers, and our 1st for Batum and he would fit this roster like a glove... can hit the 3 and has amazing court vision
Blake and Lee together make allmost 45 Million, Turner and Aminu make combined 25 million, that means portland add 20 more Million to their payroll.
I agree with you on Wes but your take on Batum is bad. He's shot 33% on 3 pointers the last two years and 32% in his last year in Portland. His FG% the last 4 years is 40%, 42.6%. 40.3%, and 42.5%. He's a terrible shooter. Such a waste of talent.
Fair enough... didn’t really look at his stats, just remembered him as a good 3pt shooter... but if he gets rid of Turner and Meyers it’s still worth it IMO, and he may shoot better in this offense
It's hard for some to swallow, but Blake Griffin is a really, really bad contract. If you're not contending for a championship, he's killing your cap.
You are "misremembering" as he shot 32.4% his final year here on a good team getting wide open looks.
