<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Your giving Isiah Thomas way too much credit. In Toronto he had high picks and picked obvious talents. Damon Stoudamire was an NCAA 1st Team All-American the year he was drafted, Marcus Camby was NCAA Player of the Year when he was the 2nd pick...Tracy McGrady obviously had tons of talent and was a 'risky' pick, he worked out....I just don't see what Thomas has done that's so great.</div>He does a great job with late round picks as well, Mardy Collins, Trevor Ariza and David Lee were his choices. All are solid players.

lol and we thought the pestilence was knowlegeable.I personally don't count a pick like Arenas to be a plus for that GM. If you draft somebody, but they never are big until they leave your team, then it doesn't count as a good pick in my book. I mean, who gives a sh*t that the Warriors picked Arenas? He hasn't really exploded until the last year or two.

All of the good players on that listed were picked lottery. And like BCB said, Tyrus Thomas is a mystery right now....Chris Duhon is ok, Matt Bonner didnt last with the team for very long, and even if he did, he wouldnt be playing that much at all. He has done what he should be doing with those picks....I think RC Buford has done a decent job in the last 5 years or so. He got a couple good late picks with Manu and Tony, but besides that, he has done a pretty poor job.

Calderon was signed later on as a free agent. Don't forget he messed up with the 8th pick. That was a terrible pick. But I would have to say Chicago's GM. He got a lot of talented youngsters who are the main part of the teams and is why they were successful.
