Now there's a MAN'S steak. Grill that baby charred medium rare and I be right over, knife and fork in hand.
Perhaps, we might consider going to Sayler's Country Kitchen to settle our wager. From there, I'll he headed to The Azores.
Cut it in quarters. Presently, it is so big, the other side of the steak will be cold by the time you get there.
My father, a bricklayer with a huge appetite took that Country Kitchen challenge and lost. You've got to be somewhat abnormal to win that challenge. My appetite has gone down to about 40% of what it used to be. Sometimes I eat very very light. Don't get much physical activity at all. With no kidney function and an extremely difficult life getting dialysis treatments I'm lucky to be able to walk more than two steps.

A year ago, before COVID and with the economy cooking, that was actually a pretty good bet. IMO, Trump going kersplat in the election is one of the few positive things to come out of the pandemic.
They also sell lamb caraccas in the frozen case section. I had seen that. Since you always buy more than you need due to their packaging, they should sell freezers too.
We just purchased tagine cookware. We're meeting my Niece and her boyfriend in Florida where he will be working same magic with lamb. Some type of Moroccan tagine dish.
I only eat leg of lamb pot roast and rack of lamb. That's the only lamb I eat. Maybe if you catch me on the Gobi desert with nothing else to eat and I haven't eaten in a long time I might consider eating other types of lamb.
