    You don't think feral children is descriptive of the many that are not being properly raised?

    Published july 2011 as you stated, what you missed is the data is only from 2007 to 2008 and percent change. I know your not a stats guy, but it is very hard to establish any trends with that limited data.

    Not to mention your data is 5 years old

    yeah..I was refuting info from 2000..but you are correct.

    dude, you should copyright that..its perfect. anyone who has issue with it needs to cruise the hood for twenty mins to get a clue
