I understand Obama did things that I wouldnt have done, and that were “wrong”, but Im not defending him for it. Just saying “Trumps never wrong!!!”, “Obama was wrong!” Is delusion followed by deflection. Yes Trump has done in my opinion some maybe “good” things in terms of policy. I just dont get the Trumps never wrong mantra, like why make that the hill? @MARIS61 basically told me all Obama did wrong, and Trumps never wrong, like seriously. If Obama or Clinton, or whoever was constantly lying and getting caught people would be RIGHT to call them out for it. I at times do believe there has been a witch hunt mentality with Trump, but the thing is, theres a lot smoke there and I just dont get why conservatives are so willing to throw themselves into the fire for him. Well I am not sure this is true. I am not a conservative, but I don't really want to take the time to explain it. Let me just say, I am not a Democrat or a progressive. I also do not want to throw myself into any fire for "him" or anyone else. I have taken the oath up uphold and defend the Constitution, and I do recognize we have a duly elected President, whom is also my choice for the office. I think he does deserve my support until he is replaced by the next duly elected President. I fully appreciate and support the Constitution, I think it has given us the ability to be a great Nation. I sure see no other way.
