    They could read, which in those days was as if they could use a computer and had internet access....most common folk had only read the Bible if they could read or some dime store paperback about Wyatt Earp...now we've replaced the Bible and dime store novel with X Box and cable sports

    He was pretty far from dumb...but hey...I'm sure it's open to interpretation....his notes and archives from the Lewis and Clark expedition changed the world of natural science....hope you can leave the same legacy...his writings are very real.....they didn't have printers back then to type fake resumes and it's hard to fake speaking so many languages....he could read and write in several
