I think it going to come down to more which team has the better pitching left. It was good the Beavs didn't need to burn through their bullpen in either game yesterday and are about as rested as could be entering their 5th game. The counter argument is USC will have played one fewer games and was also able to save pitchers yesterday. Their Friday ace Aoki might be able to throw some today

Is that good? From what I've heard the Ducks are supposed to be better than the Beavs this year. How are they doing?
5 double plays tonight after 4 bunts in an inning yesterday. Super impressive last 4 games for the Beavs. Next weekend FSU travels to Corvallis. Announcers also mentioned how Beavs as an independent didn't have a conference championship or games like other schools were having last few weeks. Maybe that got the whole team pretty rusty for Friday first regional game.
So Florida state can hit the ball. Very good offensively. They also got a top 5 in a starter who the Beavs will most likely see first named Jamie Arnold. They have a weakness in their bullpen though and If the Beavers can get some decent at bats stretching the starters they can beat this team. Look for a great matchup. Go Beavs.
