Get it done, Neil! I read that this trade was possible on the internet.

Facebook will follow the same path as MySpace very soon, so no judgement here!

To trade any of our starters after the season they've played so far is in my humble opinion...not very smart. Batum scenarios have been beaten into dust..he's about the age Lillard is. Batum has by no stretch of the imagination reached his ceiling. I'm voting an emphatic....NO! Look at Deng's performance for England and Batum's for France...well, Nico is a champion. He's a great defender. That's my 2 cents on the rumor.

Look at LMA's leap this year at age 27. We had posters here whining about his window closing soon, how he had reached his apex last year, and how he should be traded for Tristan Thompson and a few draft picks.

Maybe, but now that Wall Street and the White House has a major stake in Facebook, that company will just continue to buy up competitors. Kudos to the Snapchat guy who turned down $3 billion from Zuckerberg, but I have a feeling he'll live to regret that decision over the next few years. I can see Facebook eventually partnering with Twitter and Google, but since all are big-time Obama supporters, don't expect a federal lawsuit against it.

Trading a starter for a marginal at best upgrade is just silly. Just plain silly.

He's only 24. He thinks he's the next Zuckerberg. Snapchat is for teenagers and college kids, though. I agree it was idiotic, but he didn't want to accept Wall Street money for his website. He and Shawn Fanning can hang out in 10 years and talk about how awesome they were before they turned down real money.

I don't think Google will do that. Facebook is nothing compared to Google.

Yup - take the money and use it to do something real. That's what Elon Musk did - he's actually doing world-changing things with the money he got for Paypal.
