Won't work, Colorado has their share of idiots.

 

I wish everyone in each major west city could go visit the other cities. San Francisco, Oakland, LA, San Diego, Portland, Seattle. All have tents and trash and homeless out of control. I go to all of them fairly regularly. Lived in SD and all over Bay Area. It’s shitty in certain areas in each place.
