Nah, MCLs are vascular so they heal with rest and depending on the severity of the "sprain" 8 weeks sounds about right.
Bynum had a very nice overall game, not offensively though. He needs to control the turnovers. Like I said this is the perfect time to trick the Magic with a Bynum-Pau offer.
Yeah, but he'll probably still be playing with pain for another couple months after he returns. My grade 2 MCL sprain in August wasn't completely back to normal until early December, and that was without the rigors of NBA ball.
Yeah maybe, but it's not like Zach ever did a lot of running or leaping. He probably won't be fully himself, but if anybody can be functional while he rounds back into shape it's Zach with his below the rim game.
SAN ANTONIO (AP)—Spurs guard Manu Ginobili will undergo surgery on his broken left hand and is expected to miss at least two months.
Ah that's cool, I always figured he was just a huge Laker's fan. (and I know he's not shy about "blazing")
Andrew Bogut missed the game last night to "deal with a personal problem back home." I'm guessing "home" means Milwaukee. The team apparently had less than 24 hours notice.
So many players want to play for NY . . . and yet they seem to suck more often than be good. Carmelo, Amare, Davis waiting in the wings . . . still lottery waiting at the end of the season. And still players will choose to go to NY this summer.
