OT: Blake Griffin to be named All-Star Reserve?

The best part of Love not making the all-star team is it will totally piss off his old man. I have nothing against the kid, but his dad is a total asshole. He's a great rebounder and rebounding is all about effort. I also like the old school outlet passes. He's also shooting 0.439 from 3-point range. That's a pretty impressive skill set. I'm pretty sure no one has ever lead the league in rebounding and shot over 40% from 3-point range in the same season.

Yeah his team sucks, but that's not really his fault. Have you looked at their roster? Their guards suck. They have had guys starting that would be below average players in the D-league. Put Kevin Love on a halfway decent team and he helps them win a lot of games. Rebounds = possessions, and if you actually have decent teammates, possessions = wins.

For being as explosive and active as he is he truly is an atrocious shot blocker. Maybe his SG/SF-esque reach has something to do with that (8'9").
