Get Dalambert in Free Agency (I think I heard he was out of Philly this offseason) and draft Harden.

Calderon | Harden | Bargnani | Bosh | Dalambert is a good start and with a decent bench gets you in the playoffs. Build off that, imo. Better do it fast as well if you want to keep Bosh.

yup. They've multiple position needs, but adding at least one athletic slashing wing player would really help. They'll have some decent options in the upcoming draft.

I think the first thing Toronto needs to do is make two key decisions. First, what style do you want to play? Do you want to play the traditional halfcourt slow ball or try to copy the Suns of a few years ago. The Suns might have won a championship if it weren't for key injuries/suspensions, so I don't buy that you can't win that way like some people do, but what you shouldn't do is copy the current Suns who tried to go slow after being a running team, and then tried to go back to being a running team, and didn't do either transition that well. Then you need to decide what pieces you have that fit the style you want to play. I think Earl Clark would fit in as your new Marion after your current Marion is no longer Marion if you want to copy the Suns of a few years ago. The second key decision you need to make is whether you can keep Bosh, and if not, what you can get for him. That would change what other pieces you need to fit your chosen style of play.
