Nope, his Q rating is very high, I believe he's close to the most popular athlete in America. LeBron's Q rating has fallen to Big Ben level.

I did the exact opposite of front running, one player got way too much popularity and respect than he deserved, so I stopped supporting him. His fans are the least savvy to me.

Nah I blame everyone on the team to an extent, but Spo and the guy that is 7-43 more.

    We, need to do better.

Well people become smarter as they age, thank god he left Cleveland. The issue is if he picked the right city to join.

Fake promises don't mean anything, only winning. LeBron should be upset that he's not attacking the rim more, not that he left Cleveland.

Well BBR has a better track record when ranking teams, they're currently 3rd. I'll take their word for it,

My point still stands though. People might respect Kobe more, but that doesn't mean that they're running out and supporting the Lakers. They certainly aren't switching their favorite team three times in a year.

By "we", do you mean the Lakers, the Cavs or the Heat?

BBR standings don't determine the playoff seedings. The real standings do.

You just don't want to admit LeBron is unpopular now.

My God, what you say is false. Kobe has the most popular jersey and the highest Q rating in the league, he shouldn't have that. He shouldn't be the most respected player, he doesn't work the hardest. No one has any idea who the hardest working person is.

Everything that you said after that doesn't matter. The amount of professional teams I like is, Zero. I never switched any teams that's more nonsense. I like individuals. I don't like Michael Jordan, the most accomplished basketball player. A frontrunner would gravitate to him first.

Maybe you didn't notice... but MJ doesn't play anymore.

I was alive when he played... And there's youtube...

    I don't care for him.

Why do you care so much? Lol

You don't care for him as a person or as a player? As a player he would dominate Kobe OR LeBron.

Charles, Ernie, and Kenny have more chemistry than Wade, LeBron, and Bosh.

Really? I don't know about that. LeBron holds his own against first 3-peat Jordan.

LeBron is a noticeably better defender, in a more offensive era.

27-28 year old Kobe has a chance, but he'd lose. The talent in this era seems deeper to me though.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I like good players, including Kobe. Basketball is entertainment, and I like the players who are entertaining, which is often the best ones. I was a big MJ fan, I'm a big LeBron James fan. I like Durant a lot.

Front-runner? Dunno bout all that, just appreciate good entertainment. I became a Blazers fan because I was a Pippen fan. But then, everyone in the nation was a Pippen fan! >.>

I most want the Blazers to win, but I enjoy watching the Celtics and Lakers do their thing when they're not playing the Blazers. I was hoping the Heat would be exciting and still think they will be!

Wow, you just gave the most PR answer on this board, bar none.

    Heat suck, Blazers suck.

    Bulls rule all :D

What was PR about that? Almost no one is like that in their fandom. Just saying...basketball is entertainment. Most people pretend it's more.

Good explanation, I care about great players not teams. It's not about winning, but having fun watching the game.

Basketball is a team sport. If you want to support individual players, watch tennis or golf.
