This is really being overblown. Headline sounds like he's an arms dealer. I take more than what he had on a single trip to the outdoor range. The only charges to this point is the bullet proof vest and a high capacity magazine, which is likely legal in most free states. OMG, he had a "gas powered sub machine gun" translated means he had an AR pistol. Also legal in most free states. If he was white in Idaho this would be a traffic ticket for the pot. Arms dealers presumably have some kind of license and a responsible arms dealer would not mix guns and pot.

They do. It is called a Federal Firearms License, issued by the BATFE. No reputable gun dealer I've ever met would mix pot sales with guns. This guy wasn't a gun dealer though. He's just a poser and a clown.
