no doubt, if this goes down "coattails Riley" is back in a folding chair btw... which of this potential big 3 guards Greg? STOMP
haha, the dude's ego is big enough though that he'll probably think he's still King of Ohio when he leaves.
All the other teams are screwed that's how it is. Or he could still sign in Cleveland, that would be funny.
He might just for the fuck of it! I believe quite a few vets would do the same..... calling Juwan Howard!
If LeBron goes to Miami, it won't matter how many rings he gets, he will never be able to be mentioned in the same breath as Jordan. It's more or less an admission that he needs not one, but two other stars to win the big one. I won't be impressed. But I'll laugh when they lose to Boston or Orlando in the playoffs.
Hmm, I don't know. I don't think Jordan could carry Cleveland as far as LeBron did in 2009. So it all evens out.
Looking at a list of free agents, here's a potential Heat roster populated mostly by FA's that I imagine won't be offered anything larger than minimum contracts and might want to go play in Miami: Mario Chalmers/Speedy Claxton/Antonio Daniels Dwyane Wade/Jerry Stackhouse Lebron James/Matt Harpring Chris Bosh/Kurt Thomas/Brian Cardinal Mark Blount/Patrick O'Bryant Yeah, you can fashion an OK team with 3 all-NBAers and a bunch of scrubs.
