I think every team in the leaghue would want Roy. It's his knees that will keep a trade from happening. Unless a team is foolish enough to waive the physical, it aint happening

I would think he'd make more sense for them than Arenas, personally. But I'd hate showing up the second half of this season to watch Vince Carter half ass it.

Supposedly Nick Van Exel played for years with a very similar condition to Roy's. I also remember Tim Hardaway playing with "bone on bone" when he was still with the Warriors, but he went on to have great success with the Heat. So clearly players like that have successfully changed teams.

If Roy and Oden were more healthy, and there was no possibility of us potentially rebuilding, I'd totally trade for Arenas.

Kenny "The Jet" Smith supposedly played with no meniscus. From what I could Google, it appeared to have been during college. While he wasn't great, he still had a decent career.

Roy isn't the shooter that Van Exel was.

I actually think over the last couple of weeks with John Wall hurt that Gilbert has been starting to show a little bit of agent zero lately.

They probably just want to get him off their roster.

Surely. But the last few games I have watched he has been ballin' pretty good. He is getting to the line a lot, playing pretty agressive.
