Well it would give Greg a few more months off to heal.

Hell no. Pretty much the only thing I'm interested in right now is Oden's play.

I thought that as well that LeBron/Wade/Bosh x $16.6 million max gave Miami just $1.8 million left. Oh well.

Yet you're reading and posting in an NBA forum. It doesn't sound like your interest is quite at zero.

Thanks for noticing, Eric! I'll enjoy the offseason and hope the Blazers make some moves. As for the regular season and the playoffs? Not so much.

In the mirror world, they enjoy a sport in its off-season but avoid it during its season.

That leaves ~$8M after the three maxes. I think Penn's $1.8M (which included Beasley) was prior to the revised $58M or whatever salary cap, as his numbers seemed immediately wrong otherwise.

I actually told my cousin for next 10 years Miami will be top team. (probably winning anywhere between 6 or 8)

Only thing that can stop them if say down the road Chris Paul got together with Durant, or Melo, etc. (another super team created)

Depending on the quality of minimum salary player they manage to snag, I would see them with this lineup on the floor against many teams without huge centers:

    Chalmers
    Wade
    Miller
    LeBron
    Bosh

The results are now in: Mike Miller is the big winner - he gets the $ and the rings!

Miami should sign Luke Ridnour and Brad Miller. Nothing cures like good whiteboys!
