David Essex - Rock ON when you were drizzling in your big boy pants, we were drinking hard liquor legally at 18, no wonder were fkd up.....
The 70s were some of my fun-nest years. I quit counting concert ticket stubs at 100 before the decade was over, you name them I saw them, him or her....
I walked within touching distance, view un-impeded of the effing gorgeous Linda Rondstadt, in 76, at the Roxy on Sunset, She was sitting with Ronnie Wood. I bought liked to keel over, she was like ISIS the goddess......! not the effing terrorist group
My 70s were filled with little things like getting high, death, getting married, getting divorced & a few other wonderful things.
Mine were much the same, only difference, I didn't get hitched til 82, so no probs there. Kim was the best thing that happened to me.....yep The 70s were my Bachelor years full of fun, drugs, school, 1st Aerospace Job, more drugs, lotta booze, puking, I know what ya' mean. but I always turned to music to soothe my savage soul.......
I'm taking a break, if Tote post another surreptitious post call me....LMAO.......he's fixing the rigging. On the phone to 59 right now....

Here's one for you Tom, (yep, I know you are Trebec-so this is simply for a vacation for 2 to the Ozarks) If I give you any more lyrics than this, i might as well tell ya' the whole entire tune.... "The news I could bring, I met up with a King, on his head an amphetamine crown, talked about him bucking that old bible building; headed out for some desert town" "out with the truckers, and the kickers and the cowboy angels, and a good saloon in every single town, Oh and I remember something you once told me, and I'll be damned if it did not come true.....20,000 roads I went down, down down, and they all lead me straight back home to you"...... Name that tune, LP, artist(s), and maybe I will share my Cheetos with you, or let you shoot your own Bushmaster, once I win it, that is the grand prize right, your Bushmaster??????????
