2K games for PS2 have no defence at all. But 2K games for PS3 And 360 have tons of defence.</p>

I think Live took a ranking of each position player on the roster and ranked them then gave them a rating based on players of similar positions....then somehow consolidated that. VC, RJ and Kidd are top ranked players at their positions. The surprising thing is how Boston with KG, Pierce and Allen are below us.

If you are a true basketball fan who is looking for realism in their basketball game then you have to appreciate what NBA 2K brings to the table with fluid animations and great gameplay. IMO I dont think I will be able to play another Live game during this console generation because EA is really looking hopeless, it is like none of their producers ever watched a basketball game. Anyways not trying to convince you but if you are looking for simulation basketball then 2K is for you, on the other hand if you feel like throwing down some amazing dunks with a more arcady feel to it then play Live. </p>

I think live and 2K will have good ratings for the Nets due to the strength of starters, I think they heavily influence the overall ratings.</p>

No way, I don't think you're even top 6 in the East, on paper your team is beastly but Lawrence Franks is one of the worst offensive coaches in the league and depth wise your team is very lacking. You still have a HoF PG and two great scorers but even with them this squad continuesely under-achieves. Here are the teams I would consider better than you in no order: </p>

First of all, this is in no particular order as I said in my post. Secondly, I don't see why Washington can't be that high, we led the Eastern Conference last year and were beating teams like Dallas, Phoenix, and Utah until injuries struck. After January, Jamison was out for 3 weeks, there was one week with the big three healthy then Caron Butler went out for 2 weeks, just to return and then break his hand and miss the rest of the season, three days after Caron Butler's injury: Gilbert Arenas goes down with a season ending leg injury. Now we're a deeper team and are starting off the season with our full roster.</p>
