I like the idea of a playmaker because of how insanely tough there conference is. If they were in any other conference I may take Bridgewater over him.
Manziel would get creamed in the NFC West. He isn't as crafty as Wilson. The Cards are set up really well, they just need a player who wont turn the ball over and they would win 12 games at least.
Manziel forced his craftiness imo. Sometimes I think he extended plays needlessly for the showtime effect, that wont fly in the NFL.
His big problem seems to be he likes to make the big flashy play and misses a lot of easy quick yards in the middle of the field
Wish the Raiders would have moved up to get Manziel. At least make losing entertaining. He's worth at least 2 years of season tickets.
Physical safety from the MAC... Hmmmm I guess he fits the 49ers scheme but they had a lot better players on the board to choose from.
A lot of people had ward rated top 20ish, just a surprise from a positional standpoint... apparently he is going to play a bit of corner also, I like the pick. As far as the hawks trading down they were fairly bereft of picks this year so it makes sense
COOKS! Glad he didnt go to the 49ers. I saw a few mocks that had him falling to them. Nice to see a Beav go in the 1st round and before any Ducks. I kinda wish Seattle would have kept their picked and took Marquis Lee.
