point is, most all of those players scored 16+, you could run those numbers with <9 ppg, and voila! http://www.basketball-reference.com...comp=gt&c6mult=1.0&c6stat=&order_by=ast_per_g
It's getting more difficult to continue this thread without Minstrel and Ed O. telling us all how we were wrong about Rubio, and how he was the key for an instant title.
NOW, Rubio might be in the rondo mold http://espn.go.com/boston/nba/story/_/id/8887106/rajon-rondo-boston-celtics-torn-acl-undergo-surgery
Ouch. I noticed Rondo didn't leave the arena today until after the game. Apparently they didn't even know he had torn it on Friday, and he was in a lot of pain during warm-ups. Bad ass...
finished the double ot game on it and got a triple double...hes a beast, maybe he fully tore it today during warmups?
Considering Rubio tore his ACL first, wouldn't that make Rondo in the Rubio mold? Rubio has Rondo there. I'll be curious to see how Rondo comes out to start next season.
9 points/4 assists/3 boards on 4-9 shooting. 2 steals and 2 turnovers as well. -18 +/- the worst on the team for the night. Meh. He had a decent game against the Bobbers, yet his team still lost. Ridnour went 22/7/7 in that same game.
I see you're missing the point of why I'm doing this. I'm hoping that by pointing out his solid games, it'll both stop Kingspeed from continually talking about his bad games AND make it so the Minnesota trolls continue to stay away.
And his team lost again and he got outplayed by Eric Bledsoe. Minnesota has lost 10 of 11 and is now 4-17 since Rubio cam back. So much for Rubio making his teammates better and so much for the Timberwolves winning 50 games. BNM
