Of course, It's the new fad. Pretty soon jerseys will be sleeved most of the time and no sleeves will just be a throw back. Get use to it!!

Pretty soon teams will sell sponsorship on the sleeves. Should be fun to see Burgerville on the Blazer sleeves

My first thought is that they sleeves won't stick because they will be confining for the shooters--get in the way. But, I haven't seen the league thinking about going back to short shorts, so the sleeves may be here to stay.

The purple ones aren't bad. Not a big fan of the sleeved look, but other than that, the orange ones aren't too bad. The white ones are just plane hideous. The black numbers look like an afterthought - like someone bought a generic Suns shirt at Foot Locker and had the numbers added for their rec league team. Not that it would salvage an otherwise hideous design, but orange numbers to match the orange logo would have been more stylistically cohesive.

After gaining weight, I realized quickly that people know I'm fat whether I have a shirt on or not, so fuck it.

Seriously, it's not like the shirt hides it, especially when it's wet. They're not fooling anyone. Given the choice, when at the pool, I think it's better to be a fat guy in a swimsuit (appropriate attire for the pool) than a fat guy wearing a shirt in the pool.

Or, use the fact that you are spending time at the pool as motivation to lose a few pounds.

I was talking about the materials. Not the design.

But I liked the Raptors jerseys better than the crappy ones they have now. The Bucks uni wasn't so bad either. The Grizz was definitely ugly.

I really dislike the new long sleeve jerseys. I'd hate playing with those tight sleeves. The worst thing about them to me though is the Enrique Suave/Fernando Lamas plunging neckline. The neckline is OK with the traditional sleeveless, but with the sleeves those things look like they should come with a gold chain and a tuft of fake chest hair. Yuck.

But if you think for a second, it's a pretty tiny V. Compare it with the plunging necklines of the baggy jersey years:

If Jay-Dub could grow chest hair, you'd see plenty of it.
