The shit keeps piling on... New development... Water main break at my house, so we have no water... cause this is my luck
OK... so my shitty luck continues.... Yesterday... I was given a citation for the accident... a full week after the fact... for going to fast for the conditions... no one saw me going slower than the speed limit like I was.... no one asked... So this is a 2 points on your license ticket plus the fine... and if it was just the fine, it would be ok, but there are all the fucking fees and such that are added on... the fine itself is $25.00.... the fees excluding the fine come to a total of $102.50... so the $25 fine is really $127.50 plus the stamp to mail it back... Today... The insurance company had declared that our car is a total loss... Fuck me hard... and to make matters worse, the car was in my wife's name... but the insurance was in my name, so the check will be coming to me... so not only is my wife pissed about me wrecking her car, but now that I'll get the money and not her... I mean it's a joint account so it doesn't really matter, but if momma aint happy, aint nobody happy... and we won't be getting the money for probably at least a week, which means a week of renting a car... or more so the money can clear so we can have the money to spend on a car... ugh... And today, our other car... wouldn't start while my wife was out with the two kids, so she was stranded.... and AAA wouldn't answer the frickin' phone for her... I'm just tired of all this crap... Doesn't help that my boss is a complete asshole and isn't being understanding of this stuff at all...
