So you are like the guy who will continually use the exit lane to get ahead of a traffic jam to merge in at the last second rather than exit, like the lane is for, and then every time, claim you didn't know, or you changed your mind and wanted to exit at first???? What you describe above, in my opinion is part of the problem and a large percentage of the cause of our continual downgrade as a society and a community. Fuck what the court of laws say that haven't been amended to modern day life in two hundred plus years. Society is completely different now. You are allowing someone to skate around the edges of what is right and wrong, because he is smart enough to be vague, all the while knowing the specific intent all along. No. Nobody can PROVE the person meant to use the lane to cut into traffic like a selfish prick, but it is the truth and a fact that it happens. We need to stop protecting these fuckers that are smart enough to skate around the edges in the gray areas and call them out for what they are. Trolling, selfish motherfuckers that show just enough to cause controversy, but not enough to show indisputable evidence. This kinda behavior is a major cause of our disintegration. I don't want to talk to my neighbors anymore (not for reals, I already know them and are good folk). I dont want to socialize and small talk with people at the grocery store because that person is the next one to get in their car and cut me off. This "out for myself" mentality, that has been the mainstay of American Culture will also be our downfall if we don't draw the line with this stupid vague behavior by people who have clear patterns. So another example then is a man is convicted 2 times for kidnapping and sexually assaulting kids. (in reality he wouldn't be, but) he is then set free after doing his time. Do you think it is not rational for anyone to be concerned if you see him sitting on a bench in a park watching kids? You dont know his intent but his history says he should not be there. Why do we give out notifications if a past convicted sexual predator moves into your neighborhood? The past absolutely has an impact on how we view people. And should play a part. Behavior is behavior and until there are signs of that behavior changing it is normal to say this person is still the same. Still behaving the same. Is still a racist. Is still a line cutter. Is still a bad person.

He wasn't banned for the *&^#$ post. He has previously posted the n word multiple times in this forum and was told by Denny and myself that if he did it again he would be banned. He posted the n word. Doesn't matter the reason or the context. I didn't do it to appease a mob or win likes or virtue-signal. If he was truly trying to make some point he could have just as easily have done it by posting "N word."
From what I read, He understands that and still believes it was wrong. HE referred to the post where Sinobas was tryign (failing miserably) at making a point. But the thing is I htink he was using that point making as an excuse just get away with typing the word. And that is the problem I have with benefit of the doubt. It should be superceeded by historical patterns. The historical patterns help to remove the doubt and assertain the true intent. In this case, I full believe Sinobas was playing the cards in a simple attempt to just try to get away with typing the word in the forum. He has tried to skate that line in the past and thus, is guilty in my book. Now here is the key. If I was wrong and that wasn't his intent, then WHY THE FUCK PLAY THE GRAY GAME, and just be straight and to the point. But no, he wanted to roll around the edges. Since he doesn't, and putting that together with his history, it is reasonable to assume he is guilty as charged. Shit. If i'm blamed or accused of something, I a emptying my pockets ina a straight up effort to dismiss the accusations. CASE CLOSED!!!
And Ill add this. I cross alot of lines in here in a joking manner even it not everyone gets my jokes and takes me more serious than I am. With that said, I know what lines not to cross. For example (even though I doubt he would care as I think Ive seen others do it), In all my back and forth with HCP and the games I played with him, I never once used a racial slur and called him any one of many espanic slur names. To me there is just no place for that. Period. Joke or not. I fully believe we put far too much emphasis in words and are pussified as a society, but it still doesn't make it right to use racial slurs when we ALL ARE FULLY AWARE of the tension in this country. Fuck around with each other all we want, but leave race out of it.
