^Yeah. I think there are pro's and con's to both sides of this trade. I don't think its as one-sided as one would think when you initially look at it.

    Yep, very good points.

When considering AV in this trade you must remember that he had a nasty hold out. His agent got the Bobcats to make him an offer with a player option that they knew Cleveland would match. Well, AV can and will opt out at the end of the season so he too should be considered a free agent.

I am sure Cleveland wants to get SOMETHING for him. It is doubtful he would re-sign with them with how nasty his hold out got. I think it would be a great deal for Miami. They can move Haslem to the 4, Beasley to the 3 and have AV at the 5. In the East he would be a very good center. Beasley and Marion are both SF's, so they keep the young guy with upside and deal the vet for their starting center. For the Cavs, Marion might start over Wallace at the 4, but his true value could possibly be in a sign and trade next season.

Anderson Varejo is a hustle guy, but comon, the rest of his game bites. Fitting better than Marion with the Heat? Maybe. But nothing that justifies Varejo being "money".
