Zion is who he is. His strength, speed and jumping ability are what makes him a great player. Unfortunately those attributes are also risk indicators when you weigh 285 lbs. I would just like him to be healthy for 6 years or so. We will see some incredible plays if he stays healthy.
The Mailman gave a great interview on Sirius NBA a couple of months ago; so candid. He loathes all of this load management stuff and went off on how soft everyone is now in the NBA. He played 80-82 games in all but two seasons that were near the end of his career.
Honestly, not really. Two reasons, first is that it's highly unlikely he will be in good enough shape to play a whole game well. Second, I think he is a very nice person and has an interesting skill set, but I cannot imagine him not spending more than half his career on the injured list.
I can't wait to watch him. He's the most exciting player to enter the league since LeBron in my opinion.
Zion can barely make it up and down the court. It's amazing how athletic he is despite the weight. I hope gets serious about conditioning once he's healthy.
