Correct--unfortunately, since he's basically their best player, I don't see Boston parting with him for any combination of our bench players.
Just to expound a bit on my previous post: 2 players from the bench have a positive NetRtg: Blake and Kaman.
Unfortunately its tricky finding the right bench player because there is a fine line between players that are good enough to be a started and aspiring to do so and those that are willing to accept a bench role as a super sub. Then on top of that often when the players are talented enough to be a starter but they arent then they are usually either a chucker, knucklehead or not coachable (see OJ Mayo).
Further complicating this is that they have to fit the system. I really like Thadeus Young but he can't shoot.
I completely and totally disagree with this. Wright is a known commodity, and it's known that he sucks (for our team). Crabbe is an unknown commodity. It's entirely possible, if not probable, that he'd be better than Wright in every conceivable way. Wright should receive DNP-CDs until he's traded.
