    In a way, TO might be the Blazers big FA signing this coming up summer, given they have no cap room to go after anyone else.

    To augment what STOMP said: no, he is NOT under contract. At least not with Portland. :)

    The Blazers have his rights and I guess it's conceivable they could bring him over this year (if Unicaja Málaga would let him go) but there's little reason to burn through a year of his rookie deal at this point.

    Much wiser to let him come over for a full season when he's ready.
