    Depends on the spot. i was listening to a podcast describing it and they banned them in Thailand so now they kind of give you a hand job using their wrists or something.

    Traditionally, the hand job was a method of just having the ultimate in relaxation, nothing overtly sexual, but when you get one you're probably at your most relaxed. Just part of the service.
