No... really there isnt. Carry on, we agree on nothing so far. Edit: Ahh we probably agree on we want the Blazers to win, but I think thats the extent of it.
That's speculation. We don't do that here. What if the don't re-sign Nurk? Maybe he starts at the 5 then?
Where did this we don’t do speculation thing come from? Is it an inside Joke I missed or something...
Some forum members would like everyone to deal in facts only. Ironically, one of those forum members said KD was a far superior outside shooter than Collins at the same age, but looking at their college %'s from 3, Collins was far superior. So facts only. Speculating only leads to rumors
It's because someone had a ridiculously horrible trade post which would never happen and when he was repeatedly called out about it Mediocre Man decided that because people thought the trade was so bad it didn't even warrant discussion that people weren't allowed to speculate or have discussions anymore. Edit: It's mostly about Cup getting into it with everyone again just like on O-Live.
yeah, Collins shot 21 times from the 3 point line in college and Durant shot 203 times from the 3 point line in college. It clearly shows that Collins is the superior 3 point shooter as that would translate to 27 points for Collins from the 3 while Durant only scored 609 points from the 3.
Facts are simply numbers. It's how they are used (a perfect example is you claiming Collins the superior 3 point shooter over Durant) is what makes the difference. Totally taking things out of context seems to be the norm for you as well.
I'm not 100% convinced. It seems.....I know, I know....that the teams advancing farthest?...furthest? in the playoffs not only have elite players, but players who can guard multiple positions. The two "centers" left in the final 4 are Capela and Horford before they were eliminated. Both 6' 10", and both capable of switching and trapping. It would be nice to have a capable big to bang down low, but I don't think a team needs a plodding 7 footer as a starter. Nurk is one of the heaviest players in the league. Nice to have, but not for the money he'll command. He's great, fun to wat h, and makes us better in the regular season. I'm just not sure he makes us better in the post season
You said Durant was superior. He wasn't....unless it's usage we are talking about. Now had you said he was a better player, then you'd have been right
