    Cavs win this one 107/104

Cavs lead most of the game too.

Nailon was the player of the game going for 15, 3, and 3 off the bench.

Feast your eyes on the Box Score

This win is huge. Too bad we didn't get to watch it.

Does anyone know who Silas had on O'Neal? Last time they played he put Z on him. That should be Boozer despite the size difference. I wondered because of the early fouls on Z.

Nailon really making a big contribution. McInnis is playing the best basketball of his career.

6 game win streak now! Definately past that 5 game hump now!

If Miami and NY go down tonight, we go 1 1/2 games ahead of them.

    This is truly unbelievable!

Actually Knicks up 3 with 16seconds to go!

New York just wasted the Bucks 103-100. Baker had 12 and 11

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">There's no longer any doubt: the Cleveland Cavaliers are for real.

LeBron James scored 26 points and forced Ron Artest to take a tough 3-pointer as the final horn sounded, leading the Cavaliers to their sixth straight win, 107-104 Sunday over the Indiana Pacers.

Zydrunas Ilguaskas made two free throws with 36 seconds left and forced a big turnover seconds later for the Cavs, who improved to 10-3 since the All-Star break.

Many of those wins have come against some of the NBA's weaker teams, but by beating the NBA-leading Pacers, Cleveland strengthened its hold on a playoff spot and legitimized an improbable turnaround season.

The Cavs (30-36), who won just 17 games last season, have won six in a row for the first time since Dec. 5-16, 2000.
    </div>

    Full Story

Hornets, Bucks, Raptors, and Pacers? Sure we beat the Hawks and the Magic, but come on now, this has been a quality streak.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting coolhandluke:</div><div class="quote_post">One of the major factors I think will be how well the Cav's bench plays. If the Cav's bench can have a good night this will be a great game.

    I say Cav's by 2</div>

Man one point of the right prediction.

I knew that the Cav's would step up, and that in order to win they would need points of the bench. The Cav's played a good game, got points from the bench, and won. The Cav's had a great game, and are looking awesome.

We are just 4 wins behind the slightly slumping Bucks. Are we a realistic chance of passing them. Either way, we are gonna give some team hell in the first round.

What I'm liking is even when one of our big 3 (Z tonight) isn't firing, we can still play well and win.

Ming637, the Knicks have to finish with a better record than the Cavs for a higher seed, because we hold the tie breaker against them (3 games to 0)

And fix your sig, it is way too large. You can have 3 lines of large text or 5 lines of small text, remember, line, not just lines of text.

oh the crowd simply exploded - man the gund was ALIVE tonight, it got very loud very often

It's really a shame the game wasn't broadcasted, so many highlights.

Just a few thoughts: it was really a treat seeing lebron make those fadeaways we've seen him miss quite often - his boxscore says 12-22 shooting I believe but I think most of the misses came in the final quarter - in the game it felt like he was making every long jumpshot over whoever was guarding him, miller then artest.

Z got into early foul trouble because, well, jermaine is just too fast for him, he turned the corner on him for easy dunks in the 1st quarter and made z foul him. Z made up for it however with some key baskets, rebounds, and putbacks in the 2nd half, and some of the biggest free throws of his career.

The one thing I didn't much like about this game was the offensive rebounds - it seemed like the pacers got way too many of those for my liking. Indiana also shot high percentage but aside from the far-too-easy dunks in the start of the game, cleveland played some decent defense and made them work for their shots and both teams just converted some tough baskets - everybody's shooting touch was really on tonight. In fact jermaine looked nearly unstoppable - this guy is after all one of the top 5 pf in the nba - and his speed and strength along with his shooting touch - he had a great three - was the main thing that gave cleveland problems.

This is great! Another win by the cavs, if they keep on playing with this composure in the playoffs and leastern conference, a first round win upset may very well be guaranteed. Earlier in the season, we thought it'd be tough for King to win ROY because Melo's Nuggets were winning and the Cavs were losing like crazy and it's been quite a turnaround for both teams with the Cavs winning (6 straight wins) and Nuggets losing (lost 9 in 11 games)... if the Cavs somehow sneak up a higher playoff seed, I think King will win ROY over Melo. But this is a great win for the team!!! ^^
