Except for Williams but hopefully the Packers D can keep him check. sigh................</div> Carnell hasnt played "elite" football the way i define it. His pass pro is lacking. Not elite</div> Errrrrr well maybe are definations are different. Sometimes a Great(I don't really like the word eltie anyways) offensive line makes a good RB look Great. See maybe Ahman Green as much as I hate to say it for an example. Carnell Williams is playing with a team that has a poor line or at least some thought. The way he's played the past 2 WEEKs is great but I hardly put him up with the likes of LT or Priest Holmes yet.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tyl3r)</div><div class='quotemain'>Panthers because of panthersare#1's signature</div> hell yea, all those dolphin players will be starring at that ass
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (panthersare#1)</div><div class='quotemain'>hell yea, all those dolphin players will be starring at that ass</div> The game is in S Florida, chuckles. While the Panthers have some hot cheerleaders, they are a distant 2nd to Miami's. BTW, its 21-10 phins late in the 2nd qtr.
24-24 right now and again don't count your chickens before they hatch(my mom always said that) because the fins could come out on top. Edit: Miami wins 27-24.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (panthersare#1)</div><div class='quotemain'>good game, jake shouldnt have thrown that last pass</div> Shouldn't but did.
I'll be honest. I thought Miami would lose and head into the bye week 1-2. 2 weeks for Saban to prepare for Buffalo. Very interesting!

Boy Dolphins are 2-1. Saban is doing the best job in my opinion of the new coaches but Ryan and Crennel have done nice jobs as well. So far this coaching class looks good.

Never say never man, thats like me saying the bengals are going to beat everyone b/c they are playing so well right now, any team in the nfl can beat another, thats why the nfl is so awesome! Carolina learned a lesson today

When tomorrow's paper comes out, it won't say, "Carolina Panthers 1-2* *Witherspoon and Lucas didn't play against the Dolphins." No one offered the DWO an asteriks last year when we went 4-12 and we had guys, like Zach Thomas, hurt at different points during the season. NO! We were 4-12 and I accept that because this is football. If there's one thing worse than making excuses, it's doing it after you've talked a bunch of smack. Don't write checks, you or your team isn't man enough to cash.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (panthersare#1)</div><div class='quotemain'>no way the dolphins have a chance. I think mike rucker and julius peppers are licking their chops over going up against some a bad o line</div> I guess Mike Rucker and Julius Peppers didn't play either. I'll have to try and catch Sportscenter and see if Coach Fox makes any lame excuses for losing the ballgame.
if you guy didnt hold peppers on that one play we would have a had a sack, you should be mad at yourself for not having any faith in your team and picking the panthers to win

So apparently there is a way. So you should be mad, cuz I told you any team can win every week, and you went on with your Namath like mouth shooting off. So, here you go, enjoy your plate of crow, just like I am doing cuz i thought bears would win. At least you arent a coward like some bills fans who we wont see for a while.

Obviously he thought the same way about the Dolphins but thats not losing faith thats just not being a homer. he thought that picking the Panthers would be a smarter decision so he did it. Its not like picking them has anything to do with how they play. And that point was proven today. I think he'd rather be wrong with his stupid nfl forum pickem league than on a game he actually cares about.

I'm a 30 year Dolfan. You don't see my colors change when the going gets rough. The reason you don't hear me talking a lot of smack before ballgames is because I'm an intelligent and objective football fan. I understand that the process of returning the Dolphins to their former glory has just begun. There are going to be some bumps in the road. I thought this game could go either way and it was close. When the time comes that I believe the Dolphins have arrived, then I might start talking some trash. Do me a favor. Would you mind go ahead and listing all the lame excuses for the Panthers losing to the Dolphins and get them over with? I'll even start the list for you. panthersare#1 Lame Excuse Tracker - 1. Witherspoon and Lucas didn't play. 2. If the Dolphins didn't hold Peppers on that one play, the Panthers would have had a sack. 3. Jake shouldn't have thrown that last pass. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.
