My condolences Sly. Cheers to your mother, they dont always leave this place in the way we wanted or expected, but a long life lived is such a blessing nonetheless. Imagine all she got to see in her lifetime.
It's the one-year anniversary of my mom's passing. So weird, in one way it feels like it was just yesterday when I saw her last and in other ways it seems like forever. Miss you mom.
Went up to Willamette National Cemetary this morning to see her. Brought her roses and a cup of coffee. She loved both. I was really impressed that they put Christmas wreaths on all the graves.
