    Of course we would never fully stop sex slavery but I think with legalization of prostitution it would certainly stop a lot of the nonsense that comes with it like these pimps that abuse these girls. Not saying it would eliminate it totally and it for sure wouldn’t eliminate sex trafficking in general but I think it’s a step.

    Yes. Similar to drugs in CO, military personnel are not allowed to partake in “legal” prostitution for just those reasons.

    Strip clubs are legal in Tampa. I imagine so in Portland as well. There is trafficking, kidnapping and forced drug use epidemic here.
