Bill Belicheat was personally fined as much as the NFL could possibly fine him for this instance of cheating, so the NFL commish found Belicheck personally responsible. No ducking behind the excuse that he was fined just because he was the coach.</p> </p>

So how was one man making rules for himself....</p> #2....Shula used his spot on the committee to change rules retroactively and then punish the teams for the new rules they broke before they were rules, in one case, doing it the very next day....A)There is no evidence that he ever levied a punishment....B)the Comp Committe doesnt meet during the season, making it quite impossible to change rules during the year....</p> #3....Shula used his influence on the Refs to keep the Dolphins from getting penalties....A)during the years that he was the committee head, the Dolphins were regularly in the bottom half of the league in total penalty yardage</p> In summation, Mr. ehmunro, clarify these slanderous statements with facts or shut the fuck up!
