Not sure how much the Dolphins, influenced Stover missing the FG, besides field position.

Luck has nothing to do with it. It's up to Stover to make the FG even if the Dolphins didn't get to it. If Stover missed the kick, then the Ravens don't deserve the FG. That's why they make the kickers kick the FG rather than just awarding points.

Luck is preparation meeting opportunity. No more no less.

(I hope I don't regret this.) How did this look like a close game, but wasn't. (Denny, I think I'm goint toneed to talk to you about the possibility of installing a mulligan feature.)

First, the jets covered the spread. So, it s/b counted a victory for them.
The question will never get answered & I did not expect it to either. It just got ignored because it called for tangible, credible, intelligible proof not just spin & hyperbole w/ a because I said so attitude.
Dale: How can you enjoy this exchange? Its like I'm Jerry & he's Tom. I'm the Roadrunner. He's the coyote, etc...

To continue that...you're the Dolphins fan..I'm the Patriots fan.
One team sucks, one team is breaking all the recods.

A little overzealous.
Dome or not, the Pats have slowed down at the end of the season, all beginning with the Philly Game. The weather was a factor but Brady still had an off day and almost threw another pick. He's slowed down and the Pats will indeed break some nice team records, but Brady doesn't have the best single season now. In fact, if we discount QB rating (which we should because that system sucks), Peyton has him by a mile in superior QB rating systems.
The Patriots just don't look as good as they used to earlier in the season, so I can see why other people are excited as well.
