Rodgers will have a great season. Seattle is a tough place to play when you want to run an offense that quick. You need to make calls at the line and no one can hear you.

The Seahawks just need to stay relatively healthy. They are as good as any NFL team I've ever seen at this point. :wow:

That's a little strong. The Seahawks are good, likely the best team in the league, but they're not at a level that can challenge the league's historical best.

No point in arguing this. Hawk fans are bigger homers than Blazers fans.

    Not.

    Swayed.

Okay, then. We'll agree to disagree.

If they keep it up they can challenge. The most impressive thing is that they are doing this is the "anti-defense" era.

The Seahawks actually have to compete to win. There have been teams in the past that would sleepwalk through games and win by three touchdowns. The Seahawks are good, but not great.

Yes, different era though, more vanilla offenses and less rules against the defense, you don't think if these Seahawks were transported to the 70s/80s they would rape and pillage the NFL?

What are the weaknesses on the Seahawks? I'm serious, I watched the game and they just look solid everywhere. This is one fucking well put together team.

I think the Cleveland Browns would rape and pillage a 70s/80s team. It has to do more with physical ability and advanced schemes than anything else.

I don't think the Seahawks have shown the kind of dominance that would make them a great team.

They're terrific. However, Russell Wilson is no Joe Montana or even Tom Brady. Marshawn Lynch is no Walter Payton or Emmitt Smith. Percy Harvin is no Jerry Rice or Michael Irvin. And the Seattle defense is no 85 Bears or 90 Giants.

There is a huge difference between being a Super Bowl Champion and being one of the greatest teams of all time. The Seahawks aren't there.

Well, they dominated the best offense of all time with ease. I'm pretty sure the Seahawks haven't lost by more than one possession in 3 years too. They are extremely impressive and if they keep it up they deserve to be on that Mt. Rushmore of NFL defenses but I'm just a homer I guess.
