I would say too soon to tell. 54 wins and the second round of the playoffs in his second season here has earned him at least the extension management deemed deserving. personel continuity allows the coach to coach rather than having to teach constantly. that is the part of the spurs model I feel is worth emulating. I would argue that stotts got a hell of a lot more out of this current roster than you felt he would at the beginning of last years training camp.
