<div class="quote_poster">Quoting og15:</div><div class="quote_post">Hey, you have Chris Webber all you want, but I don't want the 31 year old body and knees of a guy who has been called soft in the post and drifts to the perimeter all day (all he takes is mid-range J's) that we'd be expecting to play center. All just to get Stojakovic who wants to leave because of Webber, so we ship them both here </div> did u read through my post? i acknowledge c.webb's bad kness and restricted mobility so thats why i would put him at the center spot. and i think peja really wants to leave cause vlade's left and if u know anything about sacramento u would know there are no immigrants or coloured people down there. peja wants to leave for the same reasons why many black athletes want to leave sacramento, the quality of life is poor. remember what c.webb said about crying coming to sacramento? but i do agree with many posters said about incentive for the kings to this other than there are rumors that the kings might move and vince would be a great draw. plus, the kings haven't done anything signficant, so a revamping might be the order of the day and we know petrie isn't afraid of risk. he traded mr. king, mitch richmond for a badarse kid named chris webber, thats the trade turned around the franchise.
Webber and Peja are like oil and water. The one reason Peja wants to leave Sac is because of Webber in the first place. So....putting these two together is not such a great idea.

^Actually it's CWebb that is calling out Peja. He called him out in the playoffs and he is calling him out now through the media. That is the main reason why Vladdy left as well. It's not just the media spreadin the propoganda.

i wouldnt do that trade casue vince is more of a moneymaker i doubt peja sells ticketss like vince does and vince is more quicker than him but peja has a better shot anyway this is a loss/loss for both teams. kings will have a evn worse defense than b4 and the raptors will be losing money and wont get as great of shots cause vince was able to make his own shots peja needs someone to dish it to him

Karma or no karma, Why would we bring two players that don't like each other to Toronto?
They wouldn't want to do the trade even if they liked each other anyway. They'd just be becoming the Raps and who wants that? That wasn't a knock on our team, I love em, but we suck.

Karma or no karma, Why would we bring two players that don't like each other to Toronto?</div> so guys have to like each other to play well together? well i agree to an extent cause trust is a big part of basketball but to be perfectly honest the two dudes that i personally play best with are two dudes that i hate. i can't explain why and apparently on the raptor team that made the big playoff runs there were numerous opposing fractions in the locker room particularly between {vince+alvin+jyd} vs. {chris childs+keon clark}
You know what I just realized and find funny, Tmac asked for a trade, we ripped on him, Shaq, same thing, Carter same thing, but Peja asks for a trade and no one criticizes him for doing so, interesting....... ...anyways, I wouldn't want to bring them both here, plain and simple, if it was someone else from the team that's not Webber it's fine, but I wouldn't want to bring two fueding guys to the same team.
