I actually just rewatched that the other night.. Idk why, it was as bad as it was the first time.. Ohhhh, Jessica Alba, that's why.
Zion not expected to play this season https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/...king-progress-on-injured-foot-per-report/amp/
Meh, his stats aren't bad for the minutes he plays, but the guy is definitely a bust. He's not a top 10 pick talent and that was a huge whiff on Neil's part.
The guy killing Portland has been Valunciunas. He's averaged 25 & 11 in the Pels last 3 wins with a TS mark of 71%
I'm watching the games and he's getting a ton of his points off the CJ/Valanciunas pick and roll. CJ in the primary ball handler role has been really effective.
Why are so many of you so bad at spelling "Josh Hart"??? Is it the no "e" that's throwing everyone off so much?
With their win tonight the Pelicans are even with the Lakers. There are two huge games in the next week with the Lakers. I don't know if AD will play so I don't know how much those games will tell us about what might happen if they meet in the play in tourney but regardless... I still don't see the Pelicans getting through both LA teams. I'm also not counting out the Spurs from the play in, they have a chance to beat the Pelicans in both teams' next game and both teams play three teams trying to lose after that, so being just one game apart if the Spurs win they really could do us a favor.
It's a real possibility but I don't think it's one that has a high probability. The idea that they'll beat both LA teams in consecutive winner goes home games isn't what I would call likely. It's also still fortunately a real possibility that they won't even make the play in but I don't see that as likely either.
