    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Squishface:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm banging my head against a wall here.

All I was saying was that my assumptions were drawn on the image you provided me with.

You yourself stated that we could only deal with image here, it was not a symbol of any other point being made, so I ran with what you gave me.

I told you my interpretation of what I saw, and I got derided. As for actually insulting me over this nonsense, boy, you need to chill. This isn't a war. No I don't like Allen Iverson, however, I do not condemn everything he does. I do not think that he is the worst thing that happened to the game. I don't disrespect him for all the racist conspiracy theories you keep spewing. I simply think his game rubs me the wrong way. That being said, I actually like the fact that he tends to spit in the face of the league's authoritarian ruling class. He makes them think twice, and that makes me proud to be watching this era of basketball, because the NBA Commissioner, for as long as the post has existed, has been a fella that nobody wants to tangle with. Anti-trust violations, shady negotiating with the Player's Union, all kinds of labor infringements, these are the kind of things I hate about the NBA, and this group that seems to think it's so untouchable is actually scared of this guy, I love it!

That said, there is no personal affront here. This is not an issue anyone else seems to have.

But that's above and beyond my point. You provided me with a picture, I told you what I thought of it, get over it. If you have a conflicting opinion, great, let me know what it is (that's hypothetical, I really don't want to hear your conflicting opinion on this subject anymore, I know what it is, and I've tried desperately to explain, to no avail), and let's discuss it. This childish nonsense is so far beyond what you claim boards are about, and I don't want you watering down the intelligent discourse on this site.

And as for your claim that he is the best little man of all time, rubbish. Bob Cousy rings a bell (at least he won something), John Stockton comes to mind (equally winless, but a hall of famer nonetheless), Calvin Murphy is in the running, even Isiah Thomas is in front of AI. That's to say nothing of Lenny Wilkens, Tiny Archibald, Earl the Pearl, KC Jones, and Jerry West. And spare me the diatribe about how much greater and different he is than all those players, because while you may be able to dispute some (I'll happily put up an argument), there are some in that list that AI just doesn't even touch, and you're doing the game a straight-up disservice to not acknowledge that.

Please refrain from your coarse nonsense and talk some actual basketball with me, once again, your fine brain makes you sound an awful lot more convincing than your less-than-scathing wit.</div>
I have nor the time or desire to read all that and respond. Let's just agree to disagree.
